Meals & Parties
MEALS: Meals should be ordered in PRE-registration please. Meal ordering at on-site registration may be limited, in order to facilitate meal planning.
- Continental breakfast will be available each morning Thursday through Saturday, included for all registrants at no extra charge.
- Bag/box lunch is included each racing day to all registrants. Extra lunches available for afterguard (pre-order only please!) $8 per person.
Thursday and Friday Night Dinners: The evening dinners are available for purchase at PRE-registration.
- Thursday dinner menu is a Pork Roast prepared by SPYC’s own “Galley Boys”. Cost $20 per person.
- Friday dinner will include a delicious filet mignon dinner with all the trimmings. Cost: $35 per person. Vegetarian Option available by advance request (when registering). After dinner dancing entertainment provided by the Thom White Band, not to be missed!
Early Registration Discount: $50 per person for BOTH dinners, if reserved by 30 June early registration deadline.
IMPORTANT - please read this before you begin the purchase of Meal/party tickets
Login to the website if you are an NCESA member because ClubExpress (the service we use) will charge a processing fee for non-members, which will be added to your payment. However, it is not required to become an NCESA member to purchase meal/party tickets.

All of your fees will be accumulated for your approval before completing your ticket purchases and registration, and clicking on the payment page.
You will be receiving a followup email after you complete the meal/party ticket purchasing process with all the information you provided. Save this email for later reference. If there is a change in that information before the start of the regatta, please provide the changes to Marianne Beyer
