Event Description:
Join Dave Perry as he explains all the significant changes in the 2025-2028 Racing Rules of Sailing that went into effect on January 1, 2025. Learn how the rules apply to common situations in E Scow racing, and get your questions answered by one of the sport’s leading coaches and rules experts.

This seminar is not just another "New Rules Seminar." It is tailored specifically for E Scow Sailors, thanks to Dave Perry's experiences as a 1998 Mystery Guest and at the 2015 Return of the Legends 50th Blue Chip. The event is funded by the proceeds from our new E-100 Endowment Fund, marking one of the first distributions from this fund.

Dave Perry is excited about facilitating this seminar for one of the hottest one-design sailing communities in the world. Unlike his other seminars, this event is tailored for E Scow sailors. It will cover E Scow-specific situations and guide attendees through an entire race, beat by beat, discussing rules issues that typically arise for our fleet. Attendees can also submit rules-specific questions ahead of time.
