All Ballots on By-Law and Scantling Rule Changes have Passed – almost Unanimously

The Results are:

94% in favor of changes to Membership types, boat sticker, and voting

99% in favor of changes to the Hull Bracing

99% in favor of allowing Epoxy Resin

99% in favor of Top Jib Batten Length change

100% in favor of changing Publications Committee to Media Committee

94% in favor of allowing Directors to set Annual Dues

A ballot had been sent to current NCESA Regular members to vote on changes to the By Laws and Scantling Rules. A 2/3 majority voting in favor of the change is required for a ballot item to pass. They become effective immediately.

Explaination of proposed new membership structure and a list of the 6 ballot items.

The REPORTER magazine archives has been updated and there are now 31 old REPORTERs that can be viewed online. [The REPORTERs can be viewed from the 'Reporter Archive' menu item near the top of the screen.] Be patient, the files are big a take a little time to load for your viewing.

You will notice we have a number of years that are missing and if you have an old REPORTER for one of those missing years and would not mind having the binder opened for scanning – please let me know. (Lon@e-scow.org)
It is our goal to have all the NCESA REPORTER magazines online to preserve a great piece of NCESA history.
